Tech & Compatibility

No, as long as your case is not an excessive thickness there is no need to remove your case.
We would recommend using a MagSafe case for iPhone MagSafe phones.    

Unfortunately iPads do not yet support wireless charging  

Unfortunately Fitbit uses a different charging protocol   

Putting it simply; MagSafe is the same as Qi but with a ring of magnets that create a magnetic suction between your device and your charger. For example; if you were using an in-car charger that your phone is connected to, MagSafe would keep your phone connected to that charger through its magnetic ring so that it doesn't fall off whilst driving. MagSafe is the latest wireless charging protocol for Apple devices. Introduced from the iPhone 12 onwards. All MagSafe devices are still compatible with Qi wireless charging.   

All of the iPhone 12 & 13 series have MagSafe technology (includes Mini, Pro & Pro Max) and therefore can align magnetically. Great when the phone is suspended on the charging dock as the magnets hold the phone securely in place. However if the MagSafe dock is not suspended then any Qi wireless charging device will work. 

   

Yes, in order to get enough power to fast charge multiple devices at the same time. If you already have one that's great, if not we would we would recommend using a QC3 USB Plug

Wireless charging allows you to charge a device, like your smartphone, watch or even ear pods without the use of a charging cable. The concept, known as inductive charging, allows electricity to be transmitted through the air by means of a magnetic field. A transmitter such as CHARGit’s wireless charging pad creates an oscillating magnetic field with a receiver such as your phone or Apple Watch. No, don't worry we ensure all our chargers are intelligent and know when to stop charging, they even know when to rapid charge!

Every battery is defined by mAh MiiliAmp Hour and is what is used to measure power over time, the higher the number the more power it can store. So if you have an iPhone 12 you will have 2815 mAh worth of battery power, a 10000 mAh power bank should comfortably recharge this battery 3 times.

Yes, if you change your mind we have a 14-day returns policy, please get in touch using our Live Chat (Chat With Us, bottom right on our store) within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is not refundable on our 14 day money back guarantee. Please contact us on our Live Chat (Chat With Us, bottom right on our store) to start the return. 

Sometimes things do go wrong so if you receive your item and is is not working properly, please contact us on our Live Chat (Chat With Us, bottom right on our store) so we can try and resolve the issue. We will arrange shipping for the unit to be returned & happily do an exchange, or a full refund if the item is tested and is faulty.
