No, as long as your case is not an excessive thickness there is no need to remove your case.
We would recommend using a MagSafe case for iPhone MagSafe phones.    

Yes, in order to get enough power to fast charge multiple devices at the same time. If you already have one that's great, if not we would we would recommend using a QC3 USB Plug

If the LED light is on the outside of the case, its the wireless charging case. If the LED light is on the inside of the case its a standard lightning cable charging case only.

All of the iPhone 12, 13 & 14 series have MagSafe technology (includes Mini, Pro & Pro Max) and therefore can align magnetically. Great when the phone is suspended on the charging dock as the magnets hold the phone securely in place. However if the MagSafe dock is not suspended then any Qi wireless charging device will work. Please use a MagSafe compatible case.

   

Unfortunately iPads do not yet support wireless charging

Putting it simply; MagSafe is a Qi wireless charging coil sorrounded with a ring of magnets.

All MagSafe wireless chargers have a Qi wireless charging coil sorrounded by a ring of magnets. Apple Magsafe devices are Qi compatible with a ring of metal, this allows easy docking from device to charger and enables a gauaranteed charging alignment. Apple introduced MagSafe on the iPhone 12 and has been included on all their iPhones since.

Qi (pronounced chee) is the leading wireless charging standard which is has been adopted into almost all major phone manufacturers. 

Wireless charging allows you to charge a device, like your smartphone, watch or even ear pods without the use of a charging cable. The concept, known as inductive charging, allows electricity to be transmitted through the air by means of a magnetic field. A transmitter such as CHARGit’s wireless charging pad creates an oscillating magnetic field with a receiver such as your phone or Apple Watch. No, don't worry we ensure all our chargers are intelligent and know when to stop charging, they even know when to rapid charge!

Every battery is defined by mAh MiiliAmp Hour and is what is used to measure power over time, the higher the number the more power it can store. So if you have an iPhone 12 you will have 2815 mAh worth of battery power, a 10000 mAh power bank should comfortably recharge this battery 3 times.

All orders over £20 include free Standard Delivery, (usually 2 days). All orders over £40 include Free Express delivery (usually next day)

Yes, if you should change your mind we have a 30 day returns policy, please get in touch using our Live Chat (Chat With Us, bottom left on our store) within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is not refundable on our 30 day not faulty money back guarantee, there is also a £3.99 restocking fee. Once we have received your return, we will aim to process the refund within 7 working days. Please contact us on our Live Chat (Chat With Us, bottom left on our store) to start the return.  

Sometimes things do go wrong so if you receive your item and you think it may be faulty, please contact us via our Live Chat (Chat With Us, bottom right on our store) so we can resolve the issue.  

All orders over £40 get free express delivery, if you would like to add it to an order under £40 please select it at checkout £4.99.
