What is Magsafe? 

All MagSafe wireless chargers have a Qi wireless charging coil surrounded by a ring of magnets, this makes Apple MagSafe devices both Qi compatible & MagSafe compatible. MagSafe Devices have a Qi coil surrounded by a ring of metal, this allows easy docking from device to charger and guarantees a perfect alignment every time. Apple introduced MagSafe on the iPhone 12 and has been included on all their iPhones ever since. Please note if using a case on your phone it will need to be a Magsafe case so that the magnets are not being blocked. Apple have also introduced an AirPod MagSafe charging case.

Why is my device not charging?

1. Realign device onto charging zone, once aligned press the reset button on the battery, charging will start after 2 seconds  

2. Make sure no metal is between device and charging zone

3. Remove device case

4. Please ensure it is a compatible device/case
