Why is my Qi device not charging?
1.Realign device onto charging station, remove and replace
2. Make sure no magnet/metal isbetween device and chargingpad
3. Remove device case
4. Please ensure it is a compatible device

My Qi Device seems to be charging slowly
We recommend a QC3 20w USB wall plug is used to achieve the fastest charge take advantage of the 20 Watts of power sold separately

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £20 & we aim to deliver within 2 days, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Express Delivery is included on all orders over £40.  You can upgrade a standard delivery to express for an additional fee of £4.99.
