Why is my Qi device not charging?

1. Realign device onto charging station, remove and replace

2. Make sure no magnet/metal is between device and charging pad

3. Remove device case

4. Please ensure it is a compatible device

My Qi Device seems to be charging slowly

We recommend a QC3 20w USB wall plug is used to achieve the fastest charge & take advantage of the 20 Watts of power sold separately
