Return Instructions

Please get in touch using our chat with us button on our home page to discuss your return. Once you have done this please follow the below.

1. Pack the items you are returning, please include the reason for return & return with all components, original product packaging and suitably protected to avoid damage whilst in transit.
2. Take to your preferred shipper & return to CHARGit Returns, Ref  (your order#), The Attic, Astley Grange Farm, Back Lane, east Langton, Leicester, LE16 7TB.
3. Remove or cover any existing shipping labels from the packaging.
4. Please keep a proof of postage for your records, we recommend using a tracked service.
5. Once we have received your return and approved it a refund or replacement will be issued.
