What is Magsafe?
All MagSafe wireless chargers have a Qi wireless charging coil surrounded by a ring of magnets, this makes Apple MagSafe devices both Qi compatible MagSafe compatible. MagSafe Devices have a Qi coil surrounded by a ring of metal, this allows easy docking from device to charger and guarantees a perfect alignment every time. Apple introduced MagSafe on the iPhone 12 and has been included on all their iPhones ever since. Please note if using a case on your phone it will need to be a Magsafe case so that the magnets are not being blocked. Apple have also introduced an AirPod MagSafe charging case.

Why is my Qi device not charging?
1. Realign device onto charging zone, remove and replace
2. Make sure no metal is between the device and charging zone
3. Ensure the case is compatible for MagSafe
4. Ensure it is a MagSafe compatible device
My Device is not charging
Ensure your USB adaptor is QC3 PD 20 watt you are using the cable supplied.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £20 & we aim to deliver within 2 days, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Express Delivery is included on all orders over £50.  You can upgrade a standard delivery to express for an additional fee £4.99.
