What is MagSafe?
All wireless chargers have a Qi charging coil, MagSafe wireless chargers also have a ring of magnets surrounding the Qi coil. This allows any MagSafe compatible device to easily dock onto the charger, enabling easy docking from device to charger and guarantees a perfect alignment every time. Apple introduced MagSafe on the iPhone 12 and has been included on all their iPhones ever since. Please note some Qi MagSafe chargers are only compatible with Magsafe devices (where the phone needs to be suspended by the magnet) please ensure you are also using a Magsafe case, so that the magnets are not being blocked. Apple have also introduced an AirPod MagSafe charging case.

Why is my Qi device not charging?
1. Realign device onto charging zone, remove and replace
2. Make sure no metal is between device and charging zone
3. Ensure your case is compatible for MagSafe
4. Ensure it is a compatible Apple MagSafe device
